From there, we opened our second ramen&rolls bar at The District, Dubai Mall earlier in 2025 and now proudly launched our 3rd SLRP at The Square NAS Gardens.

We’re all about being fun, laid-back, and proudly Japanese-inspired. Most of all, we’re obsessed with ramen and rolls, and we’re here to share that love with the world; one crafty, umami-packed bowl (and roll) at a time!
Meet the Chefs!
Chef Emil
Malaysian by roots Japanese at heart, and a “Noodles Shogun” by profession. He brings in 10+ years of experience across 4 countries, with seafood foundations that naturally led him to Japanese cuisine. His ramen rule is simple: noodles, toppings, and broth in perfect balance and that perfect order.
His daily drill is keeping quality dialed, consistency steady, and guests happy. To him, any bowl is a canva for his delicious ramen creations.
His go-to bowl Seafood Ramen and his favorite grab is the Hokkaido scallops grab that is lightly torched with yuzu butter, umami nori, buttery caviar, and a quick lime snap.
You’ll see him behind the sushi bar cool, focused, and all about delivering that flavor at SLRP Ramen&Rolls Bar at Dubai Mall The District.
Chef Surath
He’s the guy making sure every bowl at SLRP hits you with flavor, comfort, and a little surprise. With 7+ years of kitchen hustle, he’s mastered the art of bold, umami goodness, mixing old-school Japanese techniques with fresh, modern twists.
From simmering broths to noodles with the perfect slurp, Chef Surath is all about turning ramen into an experience, not just a meal. You’ll spot him behind the counter, grinning through the steam, making sure every guest leaves full, happy, and already dreaming about their next bowl.
